Booking policy: Our booking policy requires a valid credit card held on file to reserve your appointment slot. Please note that your credit card will NOT be charged at the time of booking. This is solely to secure your appointment and will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, as per our cancellation policy.
Cancellation policy: We kindly request your adherence to our booking policy, which includes a 24-hour cancellation notice. This policy aims to respect the valuable time and dedication of our nursing staff. In the event of a missed appointment or no-show (excluding serious emergencies), a $100 fee will be applied to compensate for the reserved time slot, charged from the credit card on file.
Etiquette policy: Our policy is committed to fostering a safe and professional environment that prioritizes mutual respect and upholds professional boundaries. As a medical treatment facility, we recognize the importance of maintaining a respectful atmosphere and avoiding behaviours such as bargaining, harassment, bullying, disrespectful language, or any form of misconduct. Your cooperation in upholding these principles is essential in creating a conducive environment for optimal patient care.
Right to Refusal policy: Our team has the professional discretion to refuse medical treatment if they determine that a patient is not suitable for the proposed intervention. This decision is made in the best interest of the patient, based on the team’s clinical judgment and assessment.

Assessments are included with all treatment options. If you are uncertain of what treatment option is best for you, select this option and the consultation fee will be deducted from the selected future treatment plan.

NEUROMODULATORS (BOTOX) - WRINKLE MANAGEMENT
Nuceiva and Botox are the botulinum toxin brands used for the treatment and management of facial wrinkles, muscle hypertrophy, excessive muscle use, excessive gingival display, masseteric hypertrophy, facial slimming, jawline slimming, platysmal banding, nose lift, lip flip, and the lifting of certain muscles of the face creating a "lift" like effect.
